Requirements
Investment:
- Franchise Fee: Delivery/Carry-Out – $15,000; Regular Unit – $25,000
- Build Out Costs: $132,500 to $556,500

Royalties:
- 5% -6% depending on footprint
Marketing Allocation:
- 1% National
- 4% Local

- less than 2,500 square feet (60 seats)
